This Privacy Policy applies to all applications (collectively, the “Apps”) published on the Apple App Store by Intoxicated Child Studio (“we”, “us”). Each App’s “App Privacy” label on its App Store product page summarizes that App’s data practices and applies together with this policy; where they differ, the App’s label governs.
We build our Apps on a principle of data minimization. Except for the Apps listed in the App-Specific Disclosures section below (and as disclosed in each App’s App Store “App Privacy” label), our Apps:
If an App needs access to a device feature (such as the camera, microphone, photos, location, or contacts), the related data is used only on your device to provide that feature. Unless the App explicitly states otherwise, it is not uploaded to us or any third party.
The general policy above describes Apps that do not collect data. Any App listed below has additional data practices; for that App, the disclosures here apply in addition to (and, where more specific, instead of) the general statements above. Each entry is consistent with that App’s App Store “App Privacy” label.
The entry below is provided for transparency. It explains where the data an App creates is stored; it does not mean the App collects your personal data.
If an individual App uses third-party services (for example, system services provided by Apple, or crash-reporting and analytics tools), this is disclosed within that App or in its App Store “App Privacy” label, and the third party’s own privacy policy also applies.
Our Apps do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 (or the age defined by the laws of your jurisdiction).
Any data generated on your device is managed by your device and its operating system. You can delete the App from your device at any time to remove its locally stored data.
Depending on the laws of your jurisdiction (such as the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Because we generally do not collect personally identifiable information, we usually do not hold personal data to retrieve; if you have any questions, please contact us below.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the content on this page and the “Effective date” above. Material changes will also be noted in the App or on its store page.
